Room was clean and comfortable. Liked the seating in the room. Breakfast was quite good.

The hotel was beautiful, spacious, wide halls, large rooms, thickest towels ever!, very very clean, no bad smells anywhere, never heard neighboring rooms noise, everything in working order: tv, remote, shower, faucets, air conditioner, no stains on carpet, the room was immaculate, beds were super comfortable, large shower, plenty of pillows & blankets. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The baked oatmeal was heavenly (I want the recipe!!!) there were cooked eggs, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, jams, honey, butter, real cream, bacon, sausages, fresh fruit, yogurt, cream cheese, variety of cold cereals, milk, several choices of coffee (always fresh), cocoa, tea, a variety of juices. In particular the citrus-peach juice was the best I ever had, delicious! The staff was extremely attentive. They never let anything run short, immediately cleaned the tables, made sure the food was plentiful. The eating area was large & could accommodate many people. I liked that it was a non-smoking hotel. It really helped make the rooms smell fresh at all times. I appreciated that breakfast continued to be served until 10:00 am. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions: craft store, restaurants, antique shops.

The breakfast was great and clean with lots of choices and a wide variety. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is right on the strip in Berlin so we were able to walk it. The staff was super helpful! And the chairs and fire pit outside are nice to relax after a long day of shopping.

Breakfast was excellent, but they could use a bit more seating with the size of the facility. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were quiet. Even though it was freezing outside the room stayed toasty warm with the thermostat only set at 70 degrees. The hallways smelled minty.

The room was great. Very spacious and clean beds comfortable bathroom was clean The breakfast was actually very good as well but would maybe like to see hour extended later than 10am. When traveling with small children sometimes it’s easier to not wake to make breakfast by 10 when you are on vacation

We liked breakfast andvroomsize. Our granddaughters came and there were no sheets for their couch pullout. The pool & hottub had too much salt where our granddaughters have beautiful soft hair but even washing their hair twice there hair was like cardboard. The Chlorine was really very strong. People were not liking it. It was overwhelming.

Clean, clean, clean. No dust, dirt, carpet, walls, bathroom facilities. The floor was spic n span. I could actually walk barefoot & not get my feet dirty or sticky. I loved the 24 hour fresh coffee availability. The staff was over-the-top friendly & helpful. The rooms were huge! We had a king bed & a sitting area with a couch. So very comfortable! I truly felt like I was at a 5-star hotel. I love the location, near so many things, antique shops, restaurants etc.

Location is idea, you can walk to many of the main street businesses. Breakfast bar is very good, the staff is very accommodating. Rooms are very spacious, my wife is on PD dialysis and the room size is great for that since it is primarily done through th night while sleeping. Equipment we brought fit comfortably in the room and had plenty of space for it

The location was great. You could walk to eat and shop easily. Great complimentary breakfast! It would be nice if they had some sort of game room on site. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Better soundproofing to the rooms would be appreciated. We had some kids running back-and-forth up above us, which kept us up pretty late. Other than that it was a great place to stay in a great location.

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable . The food was excellent. The pool was nice. We had a wonderful stay.
